Exchange Policy

Items purchased online can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The incorrect size was delivered compared to what was originally ordered.

The item has a manufacturing defect, and a complaint is filed within 2 to 3 days of receiving the product.

The customer must notify the company about the exchange request via email, WhatsApp, or phone call within 7 working days of receiving the item.

The product must be in its original packaging, with the price tag attached.

The original invoice must be included with the returned item.

The item must be unused, with no stains, odours, or any signs of wear and tear.

Items purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for exchange. If the item returns to its original price after the sale, it can only be exchanged at the discounted price.

Refunds are not available, except in cases where the item is received in a damaged condition.

The customer is responsible for returning the item via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at their own expense. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Exchange requests will be processed within 7 working days after the returned product is received.
